Marathon is committed to the growth and success of our Supplier Diversity initiatives and continues to explore and increase opportunities with a diverse range of suppliers. Our goal is to provide minority- and women-owned businesses the opportunity to compete on an equal basis and develop and strengthen our relationship with these business enterprises.

Marathon’s Supplier Diversity teams work in partnership with our Global Procurement organization to include minority and women-owned business enterprises (MWBEs) in the purchasing process. Marathon seeks, and will ultimately select, the supplier who can best offer quality, service, delivery and competitive pricing.
