Finance and Accounting

Finance and accounting interns and entry-level employees work in exploration and production accounting, tax and financial forecasting. In addition to performing the necessary financial and transactional accounting and forecasting activities, Finance and Accounting employees participate in multidisciplinary teams that carry out the Company’s strategies. Marathon’s Finance and Accounting professionals have the opportunity to learn different skills and cross-train within different areas.
