Human ResourcesHuman Resources interns are exposed to various aspects of the department including recruiting, compensation, retention, training and development, performance counseling, transfers, promotions, benefits and more. Interns are responsible for diverse projects including coordination of events and analysis of processes and projects. Our full-time Human Resource consultants have a broad, generalist role. They are the primary contact for several hundred employees, supervisors and managers. Consultants provide counseling and assistance to their assigned groups and are challenged by the issues that arise in the scope of employment. |
