Land Professionals

Land professionals are responsible for researching titles and negotiating and drafting a wide variety of leases and agreements with landowners, mineral owners, U.S. state and federal agencies, Native American tribes and industry partners. These professionals also represent Marathon before regulatory bodies, participating in and providing expertise for multidisciplinary teams, and apply state-of-the-art software to create maps, reports and other documents to aid management in the decision-making process.
