Generalists may also be involved with professional and technical recruiting, including college recruiting and campus relations for entry level positions, and experienced recruiting through ads, agencies, etc. as necessary. HR generalists will also identify, plan and document methods and processes to assist HR or functional managers in the administration of employment and labor relations laws and regulations, Company policies, programs and plans as well as research and develop special projects and recommend actions based on findings and available funding.
