Product Quality

Marathon's Product Quality Group is responsible for managing the Company's product specifications and quality sampling/testing programs. The group performs quality audits of Marathon facilities, leads incident response efforts, and provides incident investigation and quality-related technical support to other internal components and their customers.

Product Quality also leads the cross-organizational Quality Committee and its subcommittees that are tasked with perpetuating a quality culture throughout Marathon, driving continuous organizational improvements through the use of effective management systems, monitoring the effectiveness of quality assurance controls, resourcing investigation teams and work groups, and communicating audit findings/recommendations, best practices, lessons learned, and regulatory changes.
